A little bit of country, but conveniently located near many places including, but not limited to colleges (BYU and UVU), canyons (Hobble Creek, Maple, and Spanish Fork Canyons), temples (Payson, Provo, Provo City Center), and golf courses (Hobble Creek, Spanish Oaks, Gladstan). Also conveniently located less than an hour away from SLC and just over an hour from Park City.

1100 square foot newly constructed basement apartment. Two queen beds, 1 twin trundle, sofa bed, and pack n play.

Full kitchen - WALK-IN PANTRY!!! Microwave, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, stove/oven, small appliances, dishware, and Keurig.
Living room - PLENTY OF SEATING!!! 65" smart TV, large sectional w/ sofa bed pull-out, and blankets.
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed w/ new Helix mattress, smart TV, wireless charging and usb port lamps, pack n play/sheets, extra pillows and blanket in closet.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed (new Helix mattress) w/ twin trundle, smart TV, extra sheets, pillows and blanket in closet.
Bathroom - DOUBLE SINKS!!! Tub/shower combo, plenty of towel hooks, linens, blow dryer, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash provided.
Laundry - Stackable washer/dryer in utility room. Laundry detergent and fabric softener provided.

Great Place!

This is such a cute place! Very clean and roomy. The neighborhood is nice and feels safe. Hosts are quick to respond to texts and very helpful. We will definitely come here again!

This was perfect for our trip with our daughter and her grandparents. Enough room for everyone to have their own space but allowed us to spend time together as a family - and for a very reasonable price. The space is well cared for and comfortable in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Traveling with a toddler, we especially appreciated that there was an accessible play area in the backyard. She loved it! We will definitely return for any future stays in the Mapleton area.

So comfortable

We came to town for my daughter's wedding. It was so nice to have a clean, comfortable place to stay. Everything went smoothly and we had everything we needed.
