- 3rd floor Master bedroom with king bed, desk, soaking tub and separate shower in bathroom
- 1st floor bedroom with a queen bed and own full bathroom
- 3rd floor bedroom with a queen bed and own full bathroom
- Shared 2 car garage (I have a vehicle in garage)

Guest access
You will have access to enter the gate, garage, and almost entire house. Small closet on 1st floor and master closet will not be accessible by guests.

Other things to note
A $500 cleaning fee will be applied for smoking inside the house.
A $500 fee will be applied if you bring pets into the house.
Additional guests will be charged $100 per person, per night.
Garage opener will be $150 if a replacement is needed. (I am almost always out of town and need to hire someone to replace and reprogram, hence the amount)
