Know before you go

Great location. We could walk to Disneyland within 15 minutes. The advertisement on VRBO was confusing. There were pictures of a common area, but this was a hotel lobby. I messaged the host two times and never got a response. The check in was crazy. It took 20 minutes. I had to use my credit card 4 different times and sign 4 consent forms. Pay a $100 “incidental fee” 4 times (which was refunded at the end of our trip.). We were confused about finding our rooms. Our room numbers were in the 400s. We searched all over looking for a fourth floor. The front desk staff forgot to tell us that the 400s are actually on the second floor on the other wing of the hotel.
