About this property

This beautiful remolded home is located on the 3.5 mile marker off of Powerline/Branch Cove with a sunroom lake view! This house is perfect for families and is located in a residential neighborhood. Our mission is for your stay to be family fun and relaxing.

SLEEP SPACE = 8: “Master bedroom”, with a king bed, (2 persons) privacy upstairs, while the rest of your family is downstairs doing their thing. Such as Preparing morning coffee in the kitchen with modern up to date coffee grinder/coffee maker. We provide all new kitchen ware for your meals, toaster oven, bullet blender, plenty of beautiful white table ware to have a sit down meal for 8 around the large dinner table that has a lake view as you enjoy each meal.
The “Guest room” is on the main floor has queen size bed (2 persons) with a large screen smart tv hanging for your comfort to watch. All area’s has linens and extra blankets and throw blankets for you to be snug and cozy. “ The loft area” has additional sleep room with one twin bed (1person) and a bunk bed that has a twin bed on top (1 person) with full size extra wide bottom bed for (2 persons). The mattresses and furniture throughout our home is new and has been very well cared for. There are additional sleep amenities such as the Sun room has a pull out couch with queen mattress. We provide an electric full size comfortable (new) air mattress . Plenty of blankets and sheets for your convenience.

BATHROOMS: 1 full size bathroom with tub upstairs. 1 full size bathroom shower only on main level. We provide all bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. Along with all necessary items for your comfort.

Enjoy the not so steep walk to the private boat dock. This includes plenty of new patio furniture, wet-steps to get in and out of the lake Lilly Pad and 2 kayaks included in rental . . life jackets are included with your stay.

The flat driveway at the bottom of the cul-de-sac will holds 6 cars

This is a non-smoking property.

Other amenities include: gas grill(propane included) , Electric Pellat smoker, pellets included, washer & dryer in the loft. Cable and free wi-fi. 2 kyaks and Lilly Pad for your entertainment. Lighted dock and speakers to sync with your favorite music.

Adorable house, great location!

This house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The location of the house is very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Our favorite part was the boat dock for swimming and fishing! We had a great mini vacation and would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful clean house on the lake

The house is right off the main channel so the water is a little rough but we were fully expecting that! We also loved having the lily pad and the dock with plenty of seating. Most of the beds were comfortable but the single and full beds upstairs are hard as a rock and could use a mattress pad or upgrading. Overall we loved Staying here and would definitely consider staying again!

Lake house

Nice house, clean and well stocked. Great beds We enjoyed sitting out on the dock at the table and chairs. Beautiful views, we also had fun with their amenities.
