Wake Up To sunshine! Enjoy the beautiful views of the Cape May Canal and its boats from the 2 decks. The property also boasts a private screened porch as well. This home is a custom design by the architect owner. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home sits on a full acre and is minutes from the beaches and attractions of Cape May. The floor arrangement allows two master bedrooms with en suite baths for adults and a kids room on the first and second levels The ground floor has a two space carport with outdoor shower, full bathroom inside, a game room with an Air Hockey table.Foos Balll table, and Ping Pong table which keeps the kids occupied when it gets cloudy. . An umbrella and 4 chairs and beach toys are included. This property has Roku TV located in the Great Room that combines a kitchen.dining and living area in one open space. From there the Great Room opens onto a 300 square foot covered deck for dining and relaxing. There is plenty of property for parking, field sports or your boat. When it s bedtime, this house sleeps 10 and is pet friendly. 1 dog only- 35lb. maximum.

Amazing House!!!

Absolutely loved our stay! We have bounced from about 6-7 houses/condos over the course of 20+ years and this may be our favorite house! Ample parking with 2 under deck spaces to keep cars cool. Just 1-2 miles from the city proper so the ride is easy and you don’t have to constantly deal with the crowds. Prime location to the city, brewery, wineries, highways, etc. Very spacious! 4 lovely bedrooms to sleep 8. To our surprise, 1 room upstairs had a secret nook with 2 more single beds that would be perfect for 2 kids bunking up with their parents. Additionally, there are pull out couches in the living room so lots of sleeping options. Multiple gorgeous decks to sit on and enjoy the views; the view of the canal is unbeatable. Loved the extra amenities: games in the basement (we left a fresh set of pong balls for future guests), extra chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, picnic baskets, boogie boards, beach toys for littles, baby gate, high chair. Kitchen amenities are as listed. We brought our own blender so be sure to do so as well if you’re craving summer drinks. A bathroom on each floor for a total of 3 is so convenient. Plus the outdoor shower. Be sure to leave the outside lights on as the directions on the fridge indicate because the street is quite dark at night without street lights. Friendly and quiet neighbors. We truly have zero complaints about our stay! It was hard to leave such a gorgeous house but we hope to enjoy it again in the future!
