Once known as the 'pink-house' built in 1948 and recently renovated in line with the transformation of one of the most up & coming neighborhoods in the heart of downtown SA where the city’s historic commercial buildings, ornate Victorian-era mansions, and early 20th-century Craftsman bungalows meet.

Our urban lodge will not disappoint you with the living room, dining room and kitchen, 12 foot ceilings all in one room - and the Towers of the America at your front door!

There is an ample amount of parking on the driveway. Also, you can park on the street when there is no event scheduled for the day of the Alamodome.

Parents with our adult children

The open space with the kitchen, dining and living room was exactly what we were looking for so we could all be together as much as possible. Plenty of space with everything you need in an away home without having to bring everything to feel at home. We had a great time here! Plenty of towels and fuzzy blankets and pillows to just all cozy up on the couches and watch a late night movie after being on the Riverwalk that afternoon!!
