Great Stay, great location convenient to Helen, Dahlonega and other places. Easy booking, checking in and checking out, owners very responsive to questions
Nice property , quick ride to Helen also. The kitchen/ dining area was a great place for the family to hang out and enjoy cooking while watch college football on the big screen
The property is spacious, has good views and has amenities like the hot tub, air hockey table and foosball table that are fun. However, ALL the bed sheets, pillows, etc on ALL beds were disgustingly dirty. Hairs, blood stains, nail clippings, crumbs. There was a used bandaid on the floor in one bedroom. While the property manager replied quickly, and we also received a partial refund, the manager was clearly annoyed. We also should have been refunded more. We had to clean the sheets ourselves before going to bed. This was unacceptable, we would not stay here again.
Location in relation to Helen was perfect. Fun stuff to do at the house including games and hot tub. Overall, this was a great house for a small family getaway weekend.
We had a great long weekend in Helen! The house was clean and comfortable for everyone. The location is great; easy access to all surrounding attractions.
Spacious, comfortable, Big screen TV, games for the youngsters, hot Tub, fire pit, and grill, And to top it off a beautiful view of the sun setting behind the mountain. Was not far from Helen and Xmas lights and lots of shops and dining. Great time!

Don't Stay Here!!
Do not stay here! We drove 14 hours and were extremely excited to stay. The pictures showed a wonderful home with a beautiful view. We walked into filth. Dirty walls, floor, furniture, fridge drawers, christmas decorations still up 3 months after the holiday. Hand prints on the door wall. Water drippings down the wall by the door wall. Sticky drippings with hair on walls. Stained sheets with food drippings on box spring. Multiple chairs with crusty food and crumbs including a chair upstairs. The home is extremely dirty and lacks any updates. The room with the king bed has two large water stains on the ceiling one is light brown and the other is black and green. They have a broken statue as decorations and holes behind a door. They offered to send the cleaning crew or a refund. We chose a refund because clearly they care nothing about their home in the first place by renting it out to people that are expecting they are going to get what the listing describes. It would have taken days to get it to the level of clean a person deserves when paying to stay at a vacation rental. It looked like people who don't ever clean live there. Vrbo should not let them list this home. It is a scam. The photos are outdated. We had to get a hotel room for the night and were very lucky to find a beautiful and immaculately clean rental home for the rest of our trip through a different site. The only positive thing was getting our money back.
Booked this place for a girls’ getaway weekend. It was perfect and easy to get to. Close to Helen. Quiet. Very clean. Had all the amenities we wanted. Would definitely recommend.
The view was beautiful! The convenience was perfect for our plans. The home was spacious and provided what we needed. We were very pleased, for the most part, and we considered our stay at Bella Luna a real blessing.
The cleanliness, however, was not satisfactory.
I will be happy to provide details to the owner(s) and/or property managers, if needed, to outline the uncleanliness.
We were happy, overall, so I will not give any negative feedback here.
Throughout our whole stay we had an amazing time in this property. The house was beautiful, and the location was so scenic and relaxing, and most importantly a less than 10 minute drive to Cleveland and Helen and it was super fast to arrive at any of the wineries in the area. The road leading up to the house was very well kept and was not super inclined which is helpful if you arent going in an SUV. The communication with the home owner was fantastic and for any inqueries they were able to respond within the minutes. The house was fixed and decorated beautifully and had so many amenities and useful things to offer us and anyone staying there. 10/10 highly recommend one of the best places we have ever stayed at!!
We saw a deer in the backyard, just by the firepit, the first morning. The location is near Helen, the Appalachian Trail, tubing, waterfalls and scenic drives. The neighborhood is quiet. The house has plenty of linens, extra blankets, and toilet paper. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans, dishes. There was complimentary coffee, tea, creamer, packets of sugar, Sweetner, salt and pepper, as well as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and even softener sheets. I have stayed in many VRBO homes, but never one that was so well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. The house is accessed by one step, a rarity in the mountains. It's just 3 steps down to the main floor and one bedroom, bathroom. All other bedrooms are upstairs and share an upstairs bathroom. The property manager responded very quickly to any request. The entry door stuck a bit the first time. She urged us to try again. We just had to push harder. After that, it opened easily. This is a great house.
We had the best time staying at this mountain view home! The house is beautiful with a stunning yard with rock paths, and the hot tub is so nice to overlook the mountain. The style of the house is really unique, and everything was nice and clean when we arrived. We loved the desert bedroom for our boys, and it was so nice to have 2 queens instead of twins for them to sleep on. There is a day bed with a beautiful view as well as another bedroom with a queen upstairs. The air hockey table also adds additional fun if the weather gets bad. The main floor is open with a great deck to sip coffee on in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The Host Mindy was very responsive to any questions we had and the fire pit was wonderful after a long day in Helen or Anna Ruby Falls. This was our 4th time staying near Helen and this was by far the best place we have had. The views, the location, the quaint neighborhood was perfect and we will definitely be back to stay again!
