Great location 20 min driving to Super Bowl Cardinal stadium and 20 min to Scottsdale TPC WM Phoenix Open. Comfortable home, with an open kitchen great to cook to entertaining, a cozy fireplace, a separate TV room, good size bedrooms, office space, a nice patio with a grill, a lot of green for picnics, and walking pads, steps to tennis, basketball court and pool(close on winter)

Golf guys trip

It was a quick Golf trip to the Valley of the Sun. The location was excellent, it was easy to get to Sky Harbor Airport and pick up my friends. It was even better for travel to several Phoenix, Golf Courses, ( Cave Creek, Moon Valley, 500 Club). Lots of restaurants nearby. (#17 freeway very close, runs north and south. The 3 bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The only concern was ...we had difficulty "casting" with the TV. (This may have been "user error":) It was a quick golf trip but a fun trip because everything was centrally located for us!
