Cancelled reservation without a phone call

No phone call or voicemail to alert of cancellation 8 days before our trip. Found out on VRBO AP day before and no response to inquiries using messaging to confirm the cancellation. Had to book elsewhere at much higher price. VRBO guarantee team was of no help

Met our needs!

We were in town for rowing and this location has great proximity to Nathan Benderson Park, restaurants and shopping. We hosted a crew team dinner and the common space of the house was large enough to accommodate our group with ample seating.

Communication could be better...

Great place ...but there is definitely flaws on this "newly remodeled house" that i was worried we would be vlamed for and if the host and the maintenance guy (the son) never reached out when we did have concerns.... Over all...the place is not bad but for what we paid we expected what was explained to us...

Fint hus i sentralt og rolig område

Vi hadde ni fine dager i Sabal Harbour. Dette er et hus hvor det går an å slappe av, og det er kort vei til mange seveidigheter. Huset var et sentralt og supert valg for oss. I dagene før ankomst hadde vi problemer med å få kontakt med verten, og det var litt mangelfull informasjon om praktiske ting. Dette løste seg, og vi regner med at verten blir flinkere etter hvert :-) Takk for besøket! Kan anbefales.
