Beautiful Beach front

The maintenance team took 24 hours to fix a toilet that wouldn't flush and a tub that wouldn't drain. Pretty gross that I had to lift toilet lid off and manually flush every time I went to the bathroom. The upstairs owners were also working on their unit tearing up tile. It wasn't very relaxing that the noise was from 8am to 6pm. Constant hammering and power tool noise all day!!!!

Not ready for occupancy

Very nice condo, oceanfront, nice balcony. Kitchen had all the basics, but no paper towels or laundry detergent to be found. We immediately noticed there was no shower curtain rod installed in the master bathroom. Shower curtain was folded up and tucked behind a towel bar. We later found an old shower rod in a closet but we didn't try to install it. Also, the flush handle on the master bath toilet was installed incorrectly, only way to flush the toilet was to take the tank lid off and manually lift the flapper chain. Obviously not ready to be used so we didn't use it after the first time. We informed Vacassa via text about these issues our first night and they (a robot?) asked if they could send someone out. We said to let us know when they were coming by. Nobody ever showed up or contacted us again other than to offer us a chance to buy a late checkout (we were there for 3 nights). We managed to get by with 1 bathroom even though we paid for two.

Perfect Location

Everything you need is there in this beautiful and very clean condo. The best part is the very spacious balcony. Best location in Ocean City if you want a beautiful quiet beach!

Clean and spacious beachfront stay

We had a great stay at this Irene condo. The balcony was the highlight of our stay, but we had to be vigilant with our little ones so that they did not stick their heads through the rungs of the balcony (they are fairly wide apart with a sizable gap at the bottom). There was great access to the beach and we were able to have 2 vehicles on the property. The condo was very clean when we got there and the rooms are all spacious. The fold out cushions were a hit with the littles and a great place for them to sit or play.

Excellent unit

Not only was this a beautiful condo, but it was clean and spacious. It was quiet and the balcony view of the ocean was our favorite part. I highly recommend.
