There are endless activities to try no matter what you are into. Parks abound and they offer the perfect spot to admire and enjoy nature from another point of view. Graham Swamp Preserve is well-known for its seven-mile-long mountain bike trail, "The Swamp". Less than eight miles away is the renowned Hammock Community Center, where you can work up a sweat by playing basketball and volleyball, swimming, and playing with your little ones at the playground.

Then, once your fun-filled day is over, come back home to take a refreshing dip in your sparkling outdoor pool! Cool down on the shaded poolside patio with your favorite beverage in hand as you watch TV or read a terrific book. The home also offers an extensive backyard with a beautifully maintained lawn for your viewing pleasure.

The air-conditioned interior offers a light-filled and pristine open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living areas into one comfortable space. Get ready to experience nothing but relaxation and entertainment when you spread out in the inviting living area, furnished with comfortable furniture and a huge TV. This would be a great gathering spot for planning your next adventures, sharing your day's highlights, or simply relaxing. When hunger strikes, be prepared to be the star of your group and surprise them with their favorite recipes prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen has all the major appliances you could ask for to whip up mouth-watering treats and meals. Plus, coffee enthusiasts will fall in love with the provided Keurig coffee maker. The extensive dining table is the place for formal family meals, and if you brought board games, it makes for a great spot for game nights.

The spacious primary bedroom has its own access to the patio, along with a TV, a small seating area, a mirror, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and delicious soaking tub.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
