Sunset Bungalow is one of our 4 minimalist's uniquely designed and cozy places to stay on the property. Surrounded by nature and adventure, this home has endless opportunities to create memories! On the same property we have a total of 4 cabins, 2 homes, one two bedroom with 3 beds, one house with 4 bedrooms, 6 beds... welcome to your dream spot for family reunions, weddings & holiday getaways!

Located on the main road, easy access in/out of town, convenient & beautiful area.

We ask:
-Hang wet towels in the shower to dry so they don't drip onto the floor
-No shoes in the house.
-Quiet hours between 10 P.M. and 8A.M.
-No Parties
-No Pets
-No additional guest not on the reservation.
Starting at $300 per violation, additional fees: for replacements, managers time addressing the issue and additional cleaning fees

Great deal for the money

We used this location as our base camp to go explore the Zion area. It was a perfect place to land every night after a full day. The parking was awesome and made it easy to unload our gear. Great deal for the price. Only issue was with the lighter water pressure in the shower, but that still was manageable, just different from what we were used to. Loved the proximity to town and key thoroughfares. We will definitely book again.

Stay near Zion

This place worked for us to stay after long days of hiking. The bed was very comfortable and it was clean. The shower and sink were a bit small and I had to go buy a hair dryer. There is a fair amount of traffic noise in the unit where we stayed. Overall a comfortable place to sleep!

Great stay!

My bf and I stayed 5 nights and had a great experience. This rental is within a 1/2 hour of Zion and many other state parks that are worth exploring. We walked to several restaurants in the evenings, then came back to play corn hole and tether ball and relaxed on the porch at the end of the night. It was clean and had all the necessities for our stay. Would stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

Great place!!

This is a wonderful little place to stay! Very clean, comfortable bed, close to Sand Hollow, and Zion! Plenty of parking for our truck and small trailer with our side by side. We had a great time and will definitely come back!
