Clean, modern new construction home near Fishtown's center. This is a 4 story home with water views from the deck in a new waterfront community. There are riverside trails and bike paths close by, in addition to Fishtown's best offerings. Private garage parking and washer/dryer. Our home is fully stocked, with linens, toiletries, cookware and dinnerware and coffee. Crib & highchair provided with request. Pet friendly with pet fees. *Book for 31+ days with no short term occupancy taxes.

Modern home with large open concept living and dining room. Upstairs bedrooms each have their own full bathrooms with shower/tub. Deck with trex decking provides view of Delaware River.

We are a 4 min drive to the main avenue of Fishtown and 10 minutes (with no traffic) to most destinations in the city. Fishtown has a similar vibe to Williamsburg, Brooklyn NYC. In fact, Brooklyn Bowl music venue recently opened up nearby. Many coffee shops, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, bars, boutiques, music venues, studios, parks and galleries abound.
