Have fun on the water at this lakefront cottage! Large lakefront windows and sliders frame your lake view and sunsets. Enjoy bonfires, paddleboards, fishing, kayaking, swimming, and relaxing on the large deck. Bring your own boat to All-Sports 247 acre Townline Lake. Cottage features a private dock, close walking distance to boat ramp, playground, picnic area, and swimming area. Inside you will enjoy the open floor plan, high ceilings, cozy gas fireplace, and updated interior.
The space
You will park in front of and enter through the attached garage area when you arrrive. Inside the garage, you will find 2 kayaks with paddles, 2 stand-up paddle boards with paddles, beach toys, fishing poles/tackle, yard games, ice machine, and air compressor available for your use. Other maintenance items are also located in the garage.

When you enter the cottage, your first stop is the laundry/mud room with coat closet, lockers for your use, and front-loading washer/dryer. The main floor bedroom features and king bed, smart tv, and walk-in closet. Next to that, the main bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are part of the open living space featuring views of the lake and sunsets.

The kitchen is stocked with all the standards needed (no food/drinks provided). Stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, natural gas stove/convection oven, refrigerator/freezer, and coffee machine. Small island and large dining table with chairs make up the dining space. The living room features a sofa, loveseat, recliner, end tables, ottoman, gas fireplace, and smart-tv.

Upstairs includes a small catwalk area to enjoy the views, a full bathroom with tub/shower, guest room with queen bed, and bunk room which includes 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 single bed, 1 pull-out bed/couch, 1 portable bed, and a smart tv.

Outside you will find a large deck with natural gas grill, prep area, bar-height seating for 8, padded sectional lounge area, kids furniture, and Adirondack chairs. The large grass yard has room for yard games and includes a fire pit. Out to the sandy shore, you will find the private dock. A few lots down is the designated swim area, basketball hoop, swings, play area, and rec area.

The cottage has central heat and air conditioning, high-speed WI-FI, hulu, netflix, Disney Plus, and ESPN Plus included.
Guest access
Entire cottage interior and exterior and everything within. Deck area, yard, shoreline, dock, lake included for use. Common community spaces such as playground, swings, picnic area, swim area, boat ramp, etc are available. Owner will have personal boats on the dock that are not available for use. Maintenance items in the garage such as lawn equipment, side-by-side, ladders, etc are not available for use. There will be dock space for your boat if you desire to bring it.
Other things to note
This cottage is located on a very shallow end of the lake. The water depth at the end of the dock can remain below 3' deep at times. Boats are welcome but understand that you will need to deal with shallow water at the dock. That may include pushing your boat out to deeper water, raising the engine/prop, and/or dealing with seaweed. Most of the lake is much deeper and suitable for motorized boats
