This property felt like home. Very clean. Lots of little extras like snacks and coffee, card games. Super adorable. Felt very safe. Host was amazing! We will be back!!!
We had a wonderful country get away at the lil quaint cottage. It is delightfully decorated with such thoughtfulness put in to sticking the house with anything we might need. We will definitely return.
This was one of the best places I have stayed. The Host of this property goes out of their way to make sure you have EVERTTHING you need. From ice and pizza in the freezer to cinnimon swirl cake and bananas on counter, and drinks in the fridge. If you forget anything, don't worry because it is there, from the kitchen to the bathroom to the game table. Every room in that adorable place had something to offer. Was able to check in 2 hrs. early which was great. Very comfortable and quiet. From 1 to 10 this Host is a 20. Thank you, and I will stay again.
Thank you!

The cute, cozy farmhouse was extremely clean & comfortable. The kitchen had everything necessary from coffee, sugar, bananas & breakfast treats to pots & pans. There was a coffee maker with a Kerig coffee machine. The bathroom was freshly renovated & the tub/shower combo included two shower heads. The Roku TV in the living room was an added bonus. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the local area.
Can't recommend highly enough. The owners are the best people you could ever hope to meet, the property is neat as a pin, and the location is easy distance from Marshall, Carrollton, and Brunswick, plus many other towns. Perfect for large family get-together without inconveniencing the local folks.
So warm and welcoming, comfortable, clean and well taken care of!! So wonderful that bananas, blueberry cream cake, and orange juice available for breakfast! Meant so much to us!!!! Really enjoyed sitting on the back porch for the evening 🤗
Great small house near Carrollton. Visiting relatives with a family and this was the perfect spot when there's not enough room with who you're visiting. This house use to be a one-room school house with historic records in the house about this house and other schools nearby. My kids loved the small room with antique toys and little games.
The host left a few goodies and enough amenities to cover anything we forgot to bring. Host was easy to get a hold of and was very helpful. If you go in the summer/fall, you might get your fill of fresh tomatoes and vegetables!
We'll certainly be staying at this house for future visits!!
This is the second time we have stayed here. We like the quiet and can relax. The beds are very comfortable. We will stay again when we are in the area.
We enjoyed the serenity of this little place. We will definitely rent it again. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. We took a morning stroll on the property by the lake and swang on the swing at night. We got to see the deer. Our four year old loved the chalkboard and Legos. It was so cozy. Plenty of room for the three of us. Thank you so much. If you ever want to sale my hubby is all for it. 😉😉
