Perfect Fall Week for Two on the Beach

This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise, this was perfect! The beach is immaculate, home is comfortable and well equipped with the amenities you would want. This area of the Cape is perfectly located and is a short drive to grocery, gas, etc. I would go back. In addition to this, Sand Dollar Realty is great to deal with. I have used properties managed by them a few times now and will be looking them up first to see what they have to offer before booking future vacation rentals.

Great location

Beach just steps away. Picnic table on back deck made it easy to see/hear the surf. 2 excellent cafes for breakfast a mile away made a nice walk thru a friendly neighborhood. Trail thru marsh across the street gave another option. Fully equipped kitchen made coffee at sunrise very enjoyable! 5 stars for location!

Lovely spot for a dream vacation

Spent a week there with my husband and two-year-old. Perfect location -- private beach access and still walking distance from a small general store, diner with decent breakfast, and adorable bookshop! Easy drive to Sandwich. Hidden gem activity if you come with a toddler -- visit the fish hatchery in Sandwich and bring lots of quarters! Only hiccup: Missed a note about sheets and towels not being included in the listing. We had to urgently buy some towels and were kindly given sheets free of charge for the week. I wish this had been a lot more prominent in the listing.

Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets!!!

Awesome place! We had a great time! Very well appointed and clean. Perfect for a couple or two couples. Ocean view from the deck and walk right onto the wonderful beach! What could be better than that? We will be back for sure!
