★ALL COMMUNICATION MUST GO THROUGH THE BOOKING PLATFORM★
To help keep everything clear, secure, and easy to track, we ask that all communication before and during your stay takes place through the booking platform. Triple H Retreat has a few important guidelines for communication and guest expectations, and every booking guest is required to review and sign our THR Rental Agreement. Taking a quick look ahead of time helps answer most questions and ensures a smooth, stress-free stay.

Please keep an eye on your inbox—messages sent through the platform are the fastest way to reach us, and we respond as quickly as we can.

Courtesy hours are 10 PM–8 AM (unless it’s an emergency). If you expect to arrive or check in during courtesy hours, just send us a quick note in advance so we can plan accordingly. Once you’ve checked in, we’ll provide any additional contact options you may need.

Our host communicates remotely, and we also have nearby team members who help monitor and support the property. To protect the home and maintain a peaceful neighborhood, any situation that could create a community issue—or any violation of house rules—may result in guests being asked to leave and forfeiting remaining nights.

These guidelines are simply here to make sure everyone has a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay at Triple H Retreat.

★NO PARTIES / MAX OCCUPANCY 4★
We’re so happy to host you! Our home is in a quiet, laid-back neighborhood, so we’re not able to accommodate parties, events, or groups larger than 4. To make sure the space is a good fit, we may ask a few quick questions during the booking process. For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, the exterior of the property is monitored 24/7. These guidelines help us protect the home and preserve the calm, peaceful feel of the neighborhood.

★FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD NOTE: CHICKENS★
Some of our neighbors have free-range chickens that may wander nearby. Please don’t touch, chase, or disturb them if they come onto the property. We appreciate your kindness and respect toward our neighbors and their animals—thank you!

★PARKING★
- Our driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles (depending on size).
- Please park in the driveway only—no parking on the grass or on neighboring property.
- Street parking is very limited in our area, so unfortunately we can’t accommodate more than 4 cars.
- Boat trailer parking may be available upon request—just message us in advance.

★FRONT DOOR LOCK★
- You’ll receive a unique door code once the full balance for your stay has been processed, so check-in is easy and contact-free.

★OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS★
- For the safety of our guests, the home, and the neighborhood, we have exterior-only security cameras that continuously record audio and video.
- There are **no cameras or recording devices inside** the home—your privacy indoors is completely protected.
- The cameras help us confirm check-in and monitor entry/exit when needed.
- Please don’t cover, disable, or tamper with the cameras; tampering may result in significant fines.

Camera locations:
- **#1:** Front door (Nest), facing the front walkway
- **#2:** Driveway/street view, covering the full driveway
- **#3:** Back patio, facing the dock
- **#4:** North side of the home, facing the yard/lake/street/shed

★BEDS★
- **Master Bedroom:** King bed, dresser, smart TV, closet, USB ports, and a sound machine
- **Guest Bedroom:** Queen bed, smart TV, closet, luggage storage, USB ports, and a sound machine
- **Please note:** This booking **does not include access to our bunkroom**.

★BATHROOMS★
- **Primary (Master) Bath:** Walk-in shower, double vanity, lighted mirror, and a dedicated make-up vanity
- **Second Bath:** Tub/shower combo and single vanity
- We provide **fluffy bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and make-up removing towels**
- **Hair dryer** in each bathroom
- Starter toiletries provided: **shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion, toilet paper, and hand soap**

★KITCHEN★
- Spacious, open kitchen—great for cooking and gathering
- Fully stocked with **pots, pans, baking dishes, and cookie sheets**
- **Holiday bonus (seasonal):** For major holidays we may include extras like a roasting pan, turkey platters, and special prep utensils
- **Dishes & drinkware:** plates, utensils, and drinking glasses
- **Appliances:** microwave, electric range, dishwasher (with detergent to get you started), and refrigerator
- **Water:** Brita filter available (separate)
- Cooking basics to start: **spices and olive oil**
- **Kitchen towels, hand soap, and dish soap** provided
- Paper product starter kit: **2 paper towel rolls** plus **table napkins**

★Transportation★
We’re located in a quiet rural area, so public transit and ride-share options can be limited. If you’ll be coming from a nearby city or plan to explore the area, we recommend arranging your own transportation for the duration of your stay.

★Parking★
Parking at the home is quite limited, and street access is also restricted. We can comfortably accommodate up to 4 vehicles—unfortunately, we’re not able to support additional cars beyond that.

A private cove getaway on Cedar Creek Lake with a dock, kayaks, a fire pit for s’mores under the stars, and a full-on game room (pool, foosball, darts). We’re pet-friendly and set up for an easy, comfortable stay—whether you’re here to fish, boat, relax, or make memories with family and friends. With Triple H Retreat “Lite,” we've setup a cozy lakehouse designed for a relaxing, more intimate stay. You’ll have access to the master king suite and the guest queen bedroom (sleeps up to 4). Our bunkroom is not included with this booking. Traveling with a larger group? Send us a message—we’re happy to share options and availability.

Boat/jet ski trailers are welcome in the driveway, but they may reduce the number of additional vehicles that fit.

★PET-FRIENDLY STAY (PLEASE READ)★
We love hosting responsible pet owners and want the home to stay clean and comfortable for every guest.

- Please disclose size/breed at/before booking
- $200 non-refundable pet fee
- Yard may not be fully enclosed during low water—if pets are outside unattended, they should be tethered

★DOCK + BOAT SLIP DETAILS★
Guests are welcome to enjoy our dock, which includes:
- (2) jet ski lifts
- (1) boat lift (fits up to approximately a 22’ boat without counterweighting the front)
Closest boat launch: Caney City
- About a 5–7 minute boat ride to the property
Important lake notes: Lake levels fluctuate and are outside of our control. Use the dock and swim at your own risk. For safety, no jumping or diving from the seawall or dock.
