Property was smaller than expected. The bed takes up most of the living space, and there is limited space to keep your belongings (suitcases, dirty clothes, etc). The place has a tankless water heater, so I would not recommend this place for the winter. The water would heat up, but it would stay that way for 3-5 mins. On top of that, the water pressure in the shower was little to none. There is no kitchen, only a hotplate and a sink. With the cramped conditions, I would plan on eating out, but the landlord does recommend MANY places to eat out within Driggs, Victor and Jackson. I see this place more of a summer location, there is a patio with a awesome view of the Tetons and a fire pit. Communication with the landlord was top notch. They would text me back within 5 mins. As a safety concern, when I stayed in March 2024, there were no fire detectors, carbon monoxide monitors, or fire extinguishers in the place. But there was a stocked first aid kit. Given the amount of space heaters in this tiny home, I would strongly advise the landlord to put in at least a CO monitor and a fire extinguisher.

Super Tiny
Cute place! Out in the country, beautiful location. Grocery store and other little conveniences are within 10 min. Quick communication and we were provided a link to things in the area for food and entertainment and fun! We went during the winter and there was a TON of snow!! Here are a few things we thought could possibly be helpful for the place in the future: •Creative ways to store belongings in a very tiny home - everything we brought crowded up walking space •A side item for cooking, like non-stick spray for the pans would have been good •A shovel for snow removal off porch area and steps - like I said TONS of snow, definitely a slip/fall hazard •Extra kitchen towels - there was only 1 provided •Plan to eat meals on the bed, because there are no folding table or chairs to use - I understand the space is very small, so think creatively for eating when the outside facilities are unavailable for winter weather. We stayed plenty warm, the heater works great, and once we figured out the water heater for the shower, it was great! Not great water pressure, but it worked well for our needs. The front door is kind of hard to open, it catches as you are trying to open it…might need to be fixed or adjusted?? Overall it’s great if you come prepared knowing these few things, if not provided for future renters.

Great view and location
We stayed for 6 nights, the tiny house served as a great base for hiking, skiing and relaxing with a great view. It had all the amenities we needed, space for our dog and was warm during the cold nights. We really enjoyed our time
