Welcome to your Surf 407, which is proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). Enjoy your beachfront bedroom condo at the El Faro Condominiums. The unit also sits next to the historical and monumental Playa del Carmen lighthouse, which is right outside your patio.

The condo comes complete with air conditioning and wireless internet throughout. While the master suite has a king bed, television and en suite bathroom with his and her sinks, a shower and jetted tub. Ocean views can be enjoyed from both the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room also has a sleep sofa which sleeps an additional 2 people.

The lovely El Faro infinity pool complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas is a perfect way to laze around all day. If you'd like to dip in the warm ocean, the beachfront property offers easy access to the soft white sand. The El Faro Condos are located on 10th Street and the beach, only 2 blocks (a 1-minute walk) from the mile-long pedestrian boulevard, 5th Avenue, with it's myriad of dining and shopping options.

- Please note that "El Faro Residences" is located in a Tourist zone; there may be noise, especially during vacations, since they are allowed by the authorities in legal schedules.

- Due to COVID-19 issues, visits are not allowed after 7 pm, they have to register at the reception with prior authorization.
- If you rent a car, there is parking onsite for $15 USD per night (reservation required).

- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.

Nice unit, but very noisy

Excellent location for visiting Fifth Avenue and Beaches. It is an older condo, and therefore larger than newer units. The pool is great, and you get a beautiful view of the ocean. The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable and there are no comfortable chairs, only those with the dining table. To enjoy your stay here you must be able to tolerate a substantial volume of music and noise. Zenzi Beach is directly below the unit and they have live music from 8 to 11 PM daily. In addition the unit is within one block of four dance clubs. So when Zenzi ends, at 11 PM the other clubs start theirs and they can go on till 4 AM. The unit is not soundproof, so keep that in mind. We had to blast the TV in the living area in order to compensate for the band. This also means keeping the windows and sliding door to the balcony closed to keep the sound down. There also is a dive shop situated close to the residence. About 7 AM you will hear them moving their tanks towards the beach. There is a loud clinking noise from the tanks being moved. The best part is the location, but it comes at a price. The quietest time is during the day.
