Spring Break Vacation with Wife and Dog

The first impression of the property is a yard that needs some TLC. The front hedge needed trimmed and junk trees removed and yard mowed. The pool is real nice but the landscaping and yard again need some TLC. Lawn is not mowed, weeds in yard, and weeds and junk trees growing in landscaping. The inside of the house is good. It would be nice if there was a welcome book like I have found before in other rentals with instructions for tv use, garbage day, etc. a big disappointment was lack of dishwasher and washer and dryer. We did find a laundromat just down the street near WinDixie. Overall a good stay.

It was fine

Communicated with owner about kids going in pool even though it was 60° so he knew we were at least thinking about it. When we got there, it was so dirty we didnt want our kids in it. **Dont overlook there is no washer/ dryer lole we did.
