The 2-story apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a classic San Francisco-style townhome and features fresh designs that honor the home's history. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms constitute the first level with kitchen, living, and dining located on the top floor. Additionally, the top floor features another bedroom and full bathroom, as well as a private terrace with panoramic views of the Bay, Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and the Presidio.
Other things to note
For getting around, walking and public transportation are preferred. The neighborhood requires residential parking permit. Please let me know if you plan to have a vehicle. I can help with applying for a temporary parking permit.
