Check out this fresh 1BD, upper-level condo located in the PS Villas I community. At 589 sq ft it packs a punch and is just what you need as a single traveler or a party of 2. Everything inside has been updated to meet all the needs of today's traveler.

The community itself easy to navigate and offers multiple pools/hot tubs, laundry rooms (for a fee), and plenty of unrestricted parking. Lots of mature landscaping and grass for the nature lover. Located in the northern part of the city with easy access to the PS Aerial Tramway and the Freeway.

Additional Policies & Rules
-Upon booking confirmation you will be sent Ryson "Terms and Conditions" to acknowledge and sign.
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
