Less than a mile away from: Crypto Arena LA Live United Artists Theater Orphum Theater Mayan Theater Los Angeles Convention Center Located on the 5th floor, our condo is completely furnished and stocked with all your daily living essentials and the building's added amenities are a bonus! We have provided a fully stocked kitchen, a full size dining room table, and an in unit washer and dryer. The building is ran hotel-style. Therefore, we will request a photo of all guests ID, prior to check-in. We will register the guests with the front desk concierge. Upon arrival, the front desk will ask to verify your information. We appreciate your willingness to cooperate to upkeep the building and maintain a safe environment for all. This is also a NON SMOKING BUILDING. Broadway is home to a number of landmark theaters, including the Million Dollar Theater, the Palace Theater, the Orpheum Theater, and the Theater at Ace Hotel, and of course Crypto Arena. The street is also home to a variety of shopping and dining destinations, including the Grand Central Market, a large indoor food hall featuring stalls selling a range of cuisines. Overall, Downtown LA is a vibrant and diverse area with a rich history and plenty of things to see and do, with a walking score of 97!

Beautiful apartment. Getting in was a bit of a challenge couldn't get there ap to work. Owner let us in remotely and we able to use regular key for our stay.

Nice Stay!

The hosts were responsive and easy to work with. We requested an early check in and the host was very accommodating. The unit itself was nice for my son and I - enough room for us to each have our own space, make meals after a short walk to Whole Foods, and relax. The couch wasn't very comfortable for sleeping, but we made it work for the short stay. There's some street noise, and the living room curtains don't close all the way so those sleeping on the couch get an early dose of sunlight. These are the primary issues (which we didn'tthink were major), making this a reasonable option for a DTLA visit, in our opinion.
