The Paraiso community has many benefits available to you during your stay including access to the free guest boat for transportation to and from town, the van shuttle throughout the community and usage of the Paraiso bicycles. There are 2 excellent restaurants on site - the Survivor Bar is located at the condo pool and is open for lunch and dinner, while Hoyo19 Golf Course restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch. In addition there are tennis and pickle ball courts.
From the moment you step off the private boat transportation to this exclusive resort community, you will realize why this place is so relaxing and a yearly destination for so many. The El Mogote Peninsula is over 900 acres with 800 reserved for wildlife which include protected sea turtle nesting sites, mangrove forest, and sand dune making it a playground for adventure and privacy. Whether you decide to swim with the sea lions, paddleboard next to a whale shark, golf on an Arthur Hills course, stroll on the beach, or just take a walk on the Malecon - La Paz has a little something for everyone. Great beach house

The location was amazing as the ocean was in the backyard. Very clean and nice to have a golf cart to get around. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Family trip to La Paz

This is a beautiful property right on the beautiful. Everything in the home is new and high quality. Very clean. Owners are very accessible and helpful. Only thing missing is a hot tub on the patio! ;)

Family summer vacation

We just returned from an amazing first-time trip to La Paz, MX and staying in this beachfront casita with my family was so wonderful! We enjoyed the beach and sunsets, most of the amenities Paraíso Del Mar has to offer, explored all parts of LaPaz and neighboring islands and some nights, just hung out as a family for a movie night. Katti’s home is spacious, clean, so well-stocked with everything with a great home away from home vibe. The staff throughout the property were so friendly and professional. We definitely want to come back!
