A-Frame on the River -- PNW

The A-Frame on the River is located just steps from the Willamette River in the PNW. 10-20 minutes to great wine, brews, food & cities but you'd never know it. Sits on 48 acres of forest and farm. Boat, bike, hike, kayak, float, sit, sip, or fish. Pick your perfect view: river, forest, garden or meadow; the a-frame has it all and it's completely private and serene.

Inside, you can fit 4-6 people. There is a full kitchen, a flex space that doubles as an office or an extra bedroom, Dish TV, internet & Netflix, an electric fireplace, heating and a/c, and of course, unobstructed river views. The upper bedroom also has a small deck.

Outside you'll find a large deck with a bbq and picnic table. Stairs off the deck lead to a private grassy "beach" overlooking the river with a fire pit and chairs. When the river lowers during the summer season, you can get even closer still as there is a path down to the rocky riverside. Our spot is fantastic for fishing.

There is also a carport, a yard (yard games in the carport closet), an outdoor shower, a large meadow, and short hiking trails on the property.

We have hookups for an RV, so as long as it has been approved by the host, we will allow up to 8 people on the property. Using the house alone, 6 is the maximum.

The stairs inside are incredibly steep and should be treated more like a ladder than stairs. A baby gate is available upon request, as is a pack n' play.

Children MUST be supervised at all times, especially outdoors. There is no rail between the edge of the lawn and the drop off to the river.

The upper part of the property is a working hazelnut orchard. Guests are welcome to walk through the orchard unless noted by host.
