Welcome to Somerset 203! A popular pet friendly beach condo just steps away from beach access 45, leading to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. Unit 203 is a top floor condo with luxury finishes for you, friends, and family to enjoy a perfect beach vacation. You will be within walking distance to Panama City Beach’s most popular restaurants and bars, and a short 2 mile drive to Pier Park. Located a quick 20 minute ride from the PCB airport.

Looking to explore? Historic St. Andrews is located a short 20 minutes away which offers shopping, delicious restaurants, and entertainment. Shopping at 30A is an easy ride as well. We are centrally located between 2 state parks, Camp Helen and St. Andrews State Parks, that offer a variety of outdoor recreational activities, and just a 10 minute ride to Frank Brown Park sports complex.

Something to note about our unit is that there are two flights of stairs, and we do not have an elevator. And while we do not have gulf views, we are directly across from beach access 45!

Lovely property right across from beach

This place is centrally located making it easy for you to get to St. Andrews or Pier Park in short time. The property is kept well with all the gear you need in the kitchen to cook full meals if needed. Chairs are provided for the beach which is nice if you didn't pack any! You're right next to Salty Goat Saloon making it easy to grab a drink and a short walk to a few beach stores if you need towels and such. Overall well worth the money and it's only a few hundred feet walk to beach from across the street. Be aware you have to climb 2 flights of stairs to the unit. We will be looking for this property again for our doggies and us! Host was very communicative during our stay with our questions!

The perfect getaway

Although our stay was short, we had the best time at this property! It has everything you could possibly need. The owner was accommodating and allowed us to check-in early. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay and the property was terrific! Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The only tradeoff was the view, but we loved the location being right across the street from the beach.
