Our centrally located and renovated mid- century home offers beautiful modern features. It is located on south side of Springfield, conveniently located within five minutes of Cox South hospital, minutes from major business parks and Bass Pro Shops. Silver Dollar City and Branson Landing are within 45 minutes as well. All major shopping centers and most popular restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. You'll find our 3 bed, 2 bath home comfortable and its location convenient for your needs.
Our home is a one level home, with modern features, luxurious beds, and all your basic needs to enjoy while visiting Springfield.
You have access to everything in the home that you can open and is unlocked. A closet and the door to attic will remain locked. If desired, you may park in the garage. Just inform us of that. The back yard is for your use as well.

Our neighborhood is very quiet and our neighbors are very friendly and helpful. You'll feel just like at home.

Excellent!

The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood on the south side of Springfield; it was very easy to get to. The beds were comfy, the sheets and towels were soft, and the yard was large and fully fenced in for our dog. The host communicated well. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again! I appreciated that the house rules were completely reasonable and there were no hidden fees or extra requirements.
