About this property

A Sands McCormick home available to rent for any person or couple who look to enjoy everything Scottsdale has to offer. Conveniently located by the 101 and Shea Blvd, guests will have easy access to an abundance of fine restaurants, hiking trails, and shopping centers. This is a 2 bed/2 bath house rented out as a 1 bed/1 bath house. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with plenty of drawer and closet space. In the kitchen, guests will find all the utensils and dishes needed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Next to the kitchen and dining area is the family room where guests can sit back and watch a show or movie. Outside, in front of the house, is a two car garage. In the back, there is an enclosed patio with a view and access to the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt. Other than the second bedroom and bathroom, guests will have access to the entire home. There is also a community pool and hot tub available to guests. This area is shared only with residents of Sands McCormick.
