Enjoy the comfort of this clean refurbished home. Located in a residential neighborhood in Fayetteville. There is not a dull moment with air hockey, foosball, ping pong, hot tub, fire-pit & Smart TVs in every room.
Spend time exploring all that Fayetteville has to offer. Whether its museums, visiting family, or working remotely. This home is close to everything. With our dedicated workspace in bedroom 3 you can work with the fastest Wifi, explore the town in the evening and relax in the hot tub.

The Space:
This home offers something for all. It has a wheelchair accessible entrance with one small lip going from the game room to kitchen.
Enjoy the private backyard, with a back porch, hot tub and patio area, as well as a place to roast your own mallows. (bring your own firewood and supplies)
This location allows pets, for a $75 fee. Let us know if you are bringing your fury friends.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property besides a few locked closets. Make yourself at home!

This is located in a typical Fayetteville neighborhood, with 24 hour surveillance. There is parking for about 3 cars. We are located 15 minutes from a hospital, jump zone, ice skating and so many places to eat.

You will likely want your own form of transportation.

Quiet Neighborhood

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and the having TVs in each room were nice. The kitchen is nice, just not as well stocked if you want to cook more elaborate meals. For example, we couldn't find a cutting board, or an oven pan to use for a small turkey breast. Not a big deal, just had to buy a disposable one. Just be prepared or ask ahead if you want to cook elaborate meals for your stay. However, Like I mentioned, the kitchen is nice though (Bench was broken but hopefully they will fix that). The combination coffee maker was nice with a brewer and a Keurig, as well as complimentary Keurig cups. Plenty of blanks for the colder months. Game room was nice for younger kiddos. Overall, a good house and stay! Thank you for letting us stay at the house.
