Set within the foothills of the Santa Rosa Mountains near Palm Springs, California, a true desert oasis awaits you in your back yard the front and back of the house has breath taking views . I am on Biskra rd which is the best street in Magnesia falls as I am 3 streets below the top of the mountain . The mountain range, part of a nationally protected monument in the Coachella Valley, rises dramatically on the horizon, creating a tranquil backdrop the sunsets are unreal . So the house would have north , east , south and partial west . The house is on .34 acres it's an expansive property .
