The minute you walk through the door of this beautifully appointed, naturally landscaped desert home in the rolling Fountain Hills, your eyes are drawn into the living room where expansive, 20 Ft. curved butted glass windows showcase the stunning vista beyond (it’s like a sneak peek into your own private canyon, complete with the sights and melodic sounds of the abundant Arizonan flora and fauna).

When you return to reality after the initial delight of that dreamy view, you’ll notice the tiered outdoor pool and spacious wet bar area below, boasting a jaw-dropping infinity pool that appears to vanish over the canyon’s edge. Pair that with the seemingly endless skyscape as your backdrop and it is truly a sight to behold!

In the evening, cozy up around the outdoor fireplace or take a dip in the hot tub with your favorite beverage in hand and watch the unforgettable Arizona sunsets paint the sky with color.

Your property (and the surrounding landscape) is home to find towering Saguaro cacti, an exquisite and protected species by the state of Arizona. These stately giants bloom in May and June and no two are alike, each one a work of art in and of themselves.

You’ll also discover delectable citrus free for the taking during the growing seasons. There’s nothing like savoring a fresh, juicy grapefruit or orange picked right off the backyard tree!

- Bedroom 3: Master Suite with one King bed and one queen-sized pullout sofa bed; This suite’s layout includes two rooms attached via an open doorway. The first attached room is a cozy living room with the queen sleeper and kitchenette. Walking further through an open doorway, you’ll find a standard sized room with a king bed. Attached to that your private bathroom.

Guests have access to the entire property. A key code will be provided to guests for the duration of your stay.

Other details to note
We require all our guests to agree to our house policies prior to booking. We do not allow parties or events in our space and ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level as per city guidelines. Unauthorized events or parties will result in an additional fee of up to $1,000.00, plus applicable charges for any damages. If police are called due to a disturbance, all guests within the rental party will be instructed to vacate the property and guests will forfeit all reservation charges.

Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the property, and we charge an additional pet fee if you plan on bringing pets. Please contact us directly for more details.

We ask you to please respect check in and check out times. You can request an early check in time, and we will accommodate if possible (for an additional $50 fee). Please message us for more information. Requests for late check out will not be granted due to our professional cleaning crew that is scheduled to complete a full deep clean of the home between guests. Due to the size of the home, considerable time must be allocated to ensure everything is in mint condition before you arrive. Please respect the 11am check out rule so we can keep our home to the highest standard for you and our future guests. This home backs to a beautiful canyon with abundant wildlife.
