When we arrived the first night we were thrilled with the condition of the apartment. It is in a quiet neighborhood and looked just like the pictures on the website. However, the keypad failed to work consistently from the start and it took a full 12 hours for IT to respond, which meant that evening we had to get someone from the front desk to manually lock the door (which was a minimally inconvenient) but in the morning nobody had a key (which was a major inconvenience, forcing us to miss an Uber we had ordered because we couldn’t leave the unit unlocked). The second night we arrived home to find the keypad repaired but when we got into bed we found a sizable blood stain on the top sheet that had leaked onto the bottom sheet. There was no way this was from me (it was on the side that I had slept the night before) which meant that someone had been in the bed while we were gone. We immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk and they moved us to another unit. It was a huge hassle as it was late and took over an hour for us to get packed up relocated. The next morning we were told that we had to move back to the original unit once it was cleaned because the unit we had been moved to was reserved for that night. There was NO explanation offered for how the blood got on the sheets, nothing done to minimize the major inconvenience this situation caused us (other than a late check out which we did not need). I was very disappointed with how this was handled!!
