-1 bedroom with king size bed, closet, bureau and fan.
-1 full bathroom and half bath with towels, hygiene amenities and hot water.
-Kitchenette equipped to cook all your food and snacks; including coffee maker to enjoy your morning coffee.
-Water dispenser.
-Dining room for 4 people.
-Living room with single sofa bed and Smart TV so you do not miss your favorite shows.
-Desk that guarantees a comfortable and efficient work.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, you will also have at your disposal washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and basic cleaning products.

For security reasons, when you arrive at the building, you must show an ID and indicate the address to which you are going in the booth.

Take your own precautions, the maximum check in time is at 6:00 PM.
As a reference, the building has a red façade and glass door.
We have 1 parking space reserved for you.
For your comfort, the building offers 24-hour security and elevator.

We recommend walking as the area is very safe. You can also get around by bicycle, uber, cab or your own car.
