This 3 bedroom home has a full kitchen, Dining Room, Main bathroom with shower and a half bath.
After playing on the beach all day come back and enjoy the community pool, tennis courts or fish off the community pier. At the end of the day simply relax on the large screened in porch while you grill out!

Would definitely stay again!

Kim was quick to respond to any questions I had. The neighborhood was quiet, the home was updated, well kept and the furniture was clean and comfortable which made it feel like home away from home. The community pool was clean and not overcrowded. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Location is awesome

The location is what drew me to reserve it. It's literally a 15 minute walk to the intracoastal waterway with two docks for fishing. Got hits every day including a small shark. Had some issues with the property. The first night we found out the hot water was not working but it was resolved the next day. Then we found out that the dryer didn't work. There's also no dishwasher. The listing indicates a full kitchen but that generally includes the dishwasher. The property is about 6 minutes to the beach which unfortunately Holden charges $4/hr to park. Overall a good stay at the property.

Tranquility at its best!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The screened-in porch was just what we needed. With a cup of coffee and a good book to read, it was an ideal spot to greet a new day. The whole house was beautifully kept. We were near shopping, dining, fishing, and the beach. We were able to fish at the community pier also. We will definitely try to rent this house again in the future. The host was always available if we needed anything.
