Accommodations are generously appointed, with the primary bedroom featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and ample storage, while the third bedroom provides a full bed and additional comforts. An additional deluxe queen air mattress and linens ensure ample sleeping arrangements. The dining area comfortably seats six. A designated workspace with a desk and computer chair also provided.
The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove, microwave, Keurig, air fryer, toaster oven, 2 blenders (lg. & sm.) a hand mixer and an outdoor electric grill catering to culinary enthusiasts. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the assortment of beach and recreational gear provided, including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, tennis and badminton racquets, golf clubs, and 4 bicycles with locks and helmets.
Parking is convenient with a two-car garage, a rarity among Egrets Walk units, and additional guest parking spots located conveniently across from the unit. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer. A minimum stay of 30 days is required, with a three-month minimum stay during January to March. Please note a two-week association approval period is necessary before reservation confirmation, with additional fees applicable.
