This is a duplex and this unit is located in the back with a private entry facing the south. Have a large group? You can reserve (if available) both this back unit and front unit at the same time for a maximum of 8-10 guests. *Please send us a message if you are needing to reserve both units*
Our home features a boho/modern design with 1 Queen bed, 1 couch and an air up mattress for our guests.
We have 2 smart tv's, one located in the living room (50"), the other in the master bedroom (43") and both are BYOL (Bring Your Own Login). Simply add your check out date and sign into any of your streaming services to pick up right where you left off. On your check out date all your login credentials will be removed at the time you selected.
The home has been fully remodeled with brand new appliances and brand new furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cups, plates, bowls and other necessities for a long term stay. It features a laundry room and a full size bathroom with shower/tub combo. You will have direct access to the shared backyard through the gate or through the back door in the master bedroom.

This is a duplex and you will only have access to the back unit of this home which includes everything listed in the description. To enter, go around to the side of house and enter through the entrance on the south side. This is a private entrance that only you can enter. You will also have access to the shared backyard with amenities. Backyard is only shared with guests who are booked in the front unit.

We keep to ourselves and live 20 minutes away. If you need anything we are always a phone call, message or text away.

On the edge of the highly rated and historic, Paseo Arts District. You are walking minutes away from local bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is quite and cozy with century old homes.
HOUSE POLICY & RULES
Check-in Form Is required to be completed by guest to receive check-in instructions and access codes
Remove shoes while inside
Check out time is at 11:00 am Local.
Quiet hours start at 10pm and end at 6am.
Please keep the noise to a minimum out of respect of our neighbors
No parties or large gatherings permitted / No smoking permitted
$500 Party Violation Fee / $700 Non Smoking Fee will be applied if violated
Notify Host/Co-Host of Arrival and departure
Please only hand wash kitchen knives, pots & pans
Only use white towels to dry off after bathing, please use black towels or the provided makeup remover wipes to remove makeup, etc
Do not use white towels for spills, please use the paper towels or cleaning rags located under the sink.
PET POLICY & RULES
Guest must communicate with host upon booking that there will be a pet accompanying them.
Mandatory $50 non refundable pet fee per stay
Maximum of 2 pets per stay / DOGS ONLY
Pet(s) must be a minimum of 1 year old, no pets will be allowed to stay under 1 year of age
Please do not allow pet(s) on any furniture, pick up all pet waste from outside and dispose in blue trashcans before your departure.
No unattended pets are allowed inside the house.
A PET CRATE IS REQUIRED and not provided by hosts.
All pets must be crated when not supervised, NO EXCEPTIONS.
All pets must be on a leash outside the house. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Only house broke pets allowed (Only potty trained pets allowed).
Host(s) reserves the right to decline any pet if determined necessary by host(s).
Any damages caused by the pet(s) will be charged to the guests card on file.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, our home is equipped with 1 exterior camera facing the front street (doorbell camera). The camera is ONLY on the exterior, there are no cameras on the inside. This camera has 24/7 video monitoring and recording enabled. Tampering with device is prohibited.**FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE HOUSE RULES & PET POLICY & RULES WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FEES AND/OR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION & EVICTION
