This fully furnished studio is the perfect space for a single person or a couple looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience. The apartment features a bright and airy living area with large windows that offer breath-taking views of the city skyline. The stylishly designed space includes a comfortable queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and high-speed internet access.

The compact kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook your favourite meals, including a refrigerator, electric stove, and microwave. You can enjoy your meals at the cosy dining table or take them out to the balcony and enjoy the stunning views while you dine.

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
