Aldea Zama Tulum

Beautiful property. Had some minor issues. No garbage bags, no dish towels, outside garbage bin overflowing on road, bicycles needed maintenance (dangerously loose bolts). Text response to inquiries was quick but no actual response ever happened. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Un espace spacieux et moderne

Beau condo, à proximité des plages et du centre. Quelques petits inconvénients ( bruits, quelques manques en cuisine et moustiques) par contre mais qui ont été pris en considération par l’hôte.

As pretty as the pictures…

Overall, my stay at this property was delightful. The cleanliness was impeccable, matching the charm captured in the photos. However, a couple of considerations to note: the water is not filtered, resulting in a salty taste incase you decide to cook, and accessing the location initially proved slightly challenging. Additionally, the absence of a hairdryer was a minor inconvenience for me. Nevertheless, the property's beauty outweighs these minor inconveniences, making it a worthwhile stay.

Wonderful stay

Extremely clean and well decorated space. The beds were very comfortable and loved all the amenities the building offered-especially the roof top and bikes! Thanks again for hosting us.
