Broadway Bungalow 1 is a cozy two bedroom, one bathroom duplex unit with a spacious floorplan for it's size. It is a single level unit with two car garage and fully fenced backyard! Located just off of Broadway Avenue, it is quick to get to a variety of local shops, restaurants, activities, and amenities. Head South for freeway access, with the Boise Airport just minutes away, or head North straight past BSU into Downtown Boise!
