Right next to the kitchen, you'll notice the living room; which has a laid back and bohemian feel with views from the window. Lay back and binge on some of your favorite shows, with your favorite movie snacks and cozy throw blanket. Needing a bedroom on the first floor? Don't worry, we have a second en-suite bedroom with a cozy King bed and its own private bathroom. Spacious dining room with plenty of natural light and floor to ceiling slider which leads you out to the pool and lake. Have some down time and wanting to relax during your vacation? Take advantage of the brand new heated pool and jacuzzi! Savor the sunset views from the loungers with your favorite glass of wine. Guests have full access to the 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath home with attached garage and the newly built spool

Welcome to the perstigious Terra Lago gated community. Safety is our number one priority with that being said, there's security guards that are on patrol 24/7. Desirable Terra Lago Golf Course is just a short walk away. Home is located on a 20 acre breathtaking lake. Nearby is a family park for your kids.

Cars are recommend for transportation. Guests have full access to the 2 car driveway and 2 car garage. Overnight street parking is not allowed, doing so may result in a fine or tow from HOA.

Uber/Lyfts are welcomed for transportation.

Pool maintenance is on Monday and Fridays

Trash is collected every Tuesday.

Quiet hours are 10 pm- 8am. Guests will receive any noise citations occurred during their stay if quiet times are violated.
