Business

The property was well maintained and everything worked as represented. However, the climate control was not controllable at the house and as such the temperature was too warm for the week of our stay. Took several attempts to convince them to allow the change in temp. The bath linens were not sufficient for the number of people staying in the house, more than 3 people and would have had to share towels and wash cloths. There was no toilet paper in the house when we arrived, which was disappointing. Fortunately there was some kleenex. Also, no kitchen towels or wash clothes for doing dishes. Kitchen supplies were adequate and similar to other VRBO kitchens...except no wine opener. Property manager did respond to the issues we had and reimbursed us for the toilet paper purchase. The property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to grocery shopping centers.
