Pleasant house

This property is nice and well-located. Parking in the driveway is convenient, and the split-level layout is interesting. A few finishing touches are needed, but everything worked, and communication with the owner was excellent and prompt.

Went well. Daly City is a bit cloudy but a decent location outside of SF. You’re on a fairly steep hill though. Place was clean and neighborhood was quiet.
