HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY.

Where do I even begin? This property and it's team are a complete joke. We had a group of 15 of us arrive to the property on a 102 degree day only to find that the AC wasn't working and we didn't have the number of beds promised to fit all of us. 15 of us slept on the floors and the couches while we baked in the Arizona heat with no AC. We also spent 2 hours cleaning their pool which was filthy. We brought up these issues to the host right away and they said there was nothing they could do until the next day. The next day rolled around and guess what? They still didn't do anything and their excuse was "something came up." It wasn't until our third and last day that an AC repairman finally showed up and told us that he had been telling the property manager and host about the AC not working and they wouldn't do anything about it. I find it quite disturbing that they knowingly let us check into the house in extreme heat with no AC. This wasn't just an inconvenience, it was a health and safety concern. They still didn't seem to care. Needless to say, the AC repairman came and went without fixing anything so we went our entire trip with no AC, not enough beds / air mattresses, nor enough pillows and blankets. We literally had people sleeping like sardines in the living room sweating like crazy all night. This property and host need to be removed from Vrbo for their negligence and utter ignorance. Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay.
