What makes this property unique
LEASING OFFICE IS STRICTLY OFF LIMITS.
There is only one Key Fob for Entry, so DO NOT lose it. If you lose it, you will not have an immediate way to get in the unit.
There will be a self check in. The Check In will require codes. The Guest is responsible to read and verify the Check In Instructions or they will not be able to access the unit.
There is no in-unit washer/dryer set, but there are on site cleaning facilities at a cost to The Guest. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE QUARTERS ON HAND, AS IT WILL ONLY ACCEPT QUARTERS.
There is a YouTube link, where we show you how to open the front door, access amenities, etc.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 and should NOT exceed this number at any time.
Only REGISTERED guests are allowed on the property at all times. Any and all guests must be registered on reservation at the time of booking.
There is a forfeit of deposit if guests exceed maximum and/or cancellation of reservation.
DO NOT visit the leasing office. If you visit, your reservations will immediately be canceled without a refund.
No Loud Parties or Music. If you are identified as a nuisance, you will be removed and your reservation will be canceled without a refund.
No Smoking (A cleaning fee of $200 will be assessed).
$200 For Lost KeyFob
Early Check In Fee of $50 per hour before normal Check In Time.
$100 Check Out Fee is not out by 10AM. If you are not out within 3 hours, you will be charged for an entire day. No Exceptions.
Quiet Time is from 10PM to 8 AM
No Mail or Packages Service are available for this unit.
Key Fob will require a $200 Deposit. Key Fob must be returned before you leave, if not returned we will keep the deposit.
WAIVER: Host and/or Owner shall not be liable to Guest(s), Licensees, or Invitees of Guest(s) or any other person for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property on or about the premises.
