My name is Eddy and I am thrilled to share our home with you. My wife, Megan, our boxer mix dog, Dexter, and I have had the pleasure of calling this place our dream home.

I have lived in this city for over 35 years. I have always loved the vibrant culture and outdoor activities that Denver has to offer. As a result, I have made it my mission to explore every corner of this beautiful city and find the best spots to share with others. I have been in the hot tub business for over 20 years, since the hot tub might have been somewhat of a selling feature, just know I put my favorite one up there and can help with any questions.

Megan is an amazing entrepreneur and Brazilian Ju Jitsu purple belt who has built her own company focusing on women's empowerment and self-defense.

Frankly I never wanted to leave here, but we are preparing to start a family, we have decided to move out of the city and into a more suburban area. While we are sad to leave our beloved home, we are excited to share it with others who can enjoy it as much as we have.

Located just 5 minutes outside the city, our property boasts one of the best views of the mountains while overlooking a beautiful lake. It's the perfect combination of both the urban and natural environments that Denver has to offer.

For the foodies out there, we're just minutes away from all the hottest restaurants and culinary experiences that Denver has to offer. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a fine dining experience, you are just minutes away.

If you're an active person, we have everything you need to stay busy and have fun. Our lake is perfect for paddle boarding or kayaking, and we have jogging trails that wind around the lake. It's a great way to stay in shape and enjoy the outdoors. Right on I-70 we are about the closest drive you can get to skiing or snowboarding, while staying in Denver.

But the fun doesn't stop there! Our property is packed with amenities that will keep you entertained and relaxed during your stay. We have a sauna, hot tub, and everything you could want to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

One of the best parts of staying at our property is being able to watch the sunset behind the mountains. There's nothing quite like standing on the rooftop or in the kitchen and taking in the breathtaking views that surround us.

We raised the deck on the roof 24 inches so you can get a view while sitting. If you look at neighboring units they are much lower and only enjoy while standing. Hot Tub is an American Whirlpool with (2) 6hp pumps, air blower, sound system. Most rental properties put in very basic and cheap hot tubs. This is the best of the best. Custom Clearlight Sauna, we built this in and its very long. My wife loves it because she can lay down flat on floor and do ab workouts etc. Most saunas dont that that type of length. Rower, pretty neat Eregatta rower that allows you to have scenic views while you row.

The view. There is no where in Denver that you get this. Even other lake properties I know of dont typically have a west (mountain) unobstructed view.
