Our crisp and cozy studio apartment provides sleeping for 2 in a King bed and a full bathroom with shower. The kitchen includes mini fridge with seperate freezer, 2 burner induction cooktop, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glassware and silverware. We provide all linens, pillows, towels, starter bathroom amenities, iron/ironing board and hairdryer. Beach towels and beach chairs will be waiting for you! There is streaming TV for those nights when you just want to stay in and watch Netflix or Prime after a beautiful day at the beach. The apartment is air conditioned and has WIFI. Free street parking is available. This beautiful apartment is in a SUPER location in the heart of things. You'll be able to walk scooter or Uber to all the Ocean Park and Calle Loiza restaurants, bars, Walgreens, liquor stores, mini market and a full service 24/7 supermarket in Condado. Just 15 min from Luis Munoz International Airport, 10 min to Old San Juan, 40 min to El Yunque. UBER or taxi to anything around, Old San Juan, Isla Verde and Condado and beyond. We are nearby and and attend to our guests personally. Public transportation is not regular, but you can get an Uber or taxi in minutes. You can walk to restaurants, mini markets, fast foods, supermarket, liquor store and enjoy the city. STORMS and HURRICANE POLICY - No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation; the day of the order we will refund any unused portion from the booking/ any reservation scheduled to arrive during said mandatory evacuation. No refunds are issued for rain or tropical storms as we have no control of weather and you are traveling to a tropical Island, after all. Cancelled vacation can be rescheduled according to availability.
