Comfort and great location

Place was exactly as advertised. Cute, very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for your stay.Location was great. We took a day trip to Portland Maine, about 2hr drive.The Red Line rail station was 5 min drive. We took that into Boston. Easy and convenient from the house.We appreciate the dedicated parking sopt too!

Overall property is centrally located to all we wanted to see. A few suggestions were given to the owner about some more amenities offerings. Otherwise, place was clean, has a w/d in the unit and gas stove. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked great in the bedrooms.

Very glad we chose this property as our home away from for this trip. We were attending a con in Boston and found ourselves uniquely grateful to have a quiet, clean home base to return to at the end of our very long days. Thank you !

Winter trip

The property is as described. Beds were comfortable for us. Used the space heater to warm the bathroom. The central heat worked well. Leaving coffee, filters and sugar was much appreciated. Good location for Boston and South Shore. The unit was quiet both inside and out. Property manager was very helpful and responsive before and during trip.

Worth Serious Consideration

Overall, this property is worth a solid look. We would give this unit a 4.5 rating if we could. As advertised, it's relatively central location offers flexible travel in all directions. The local Star Market grocery store is about a 15 minute walk away. We did a lot of walking around the area and didn't experience any unsafe or awkward encounters. Traffic noise around the house is minimal which is a bonus.One very important consideration to keep in mind is that this is one of three units in the same building. As such, depending on who else is renting the other spaces, it can (and did) get quite noisy at times. We didn't hear conversations or TV but mostly footsteps. Obviously this isn't under the owner's control but still is a factor. The kitchen windows are frosted for privacy and look out over the rear parking lot. Cooking supplements included salt, pepper, olive oil and oregano. There was lots of coffee, filters, and sugar on hand which was very nice!We enjoyed the functionality of the layout. The beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer combo was great to have. The unit was very clean. The complementary wine and snacks was a nice arrival gift. The check-out requirements were minimal and the overall tone of checking in and checking out was welcome. Nancy was very timely and helpful in her responses to our questions.
