No Complaints
Very nice property in a good neighborhood. Didn't spend much time actually at the house due to our activities but If we are ever in the area again would stay here. Comfortable beds :)

Cute House, many things missing or not working well.
This cute, “little” 1949 home deceptively hosts 1674 square feet! The home is chock full of personality and is nicely decorated. When we arrived the air conditioning was on so that was very much appreciated. The living room sofa was very comfortable as were the beds. In fact the beds were insanely comfortable! Abie is a pleasure to work with and is very responsive. When we arrived, there was a binder of restaurant recommendations and snacks/bottled waters for us. There was plenty of toilet paper so this was nice and it was the good stuff too not that super flimsy toilet paper that falls apart when you just look at it! The house has the potential to be so much more than it currently is. I imagine, in time, it will get there since the house has not been a VRBO house for very long. I.e. extra touches like boxes of tissue rather than having to use toilet paper; side table for every bed in the house and more reading lights that work. Two of the side lights were not working due to the outlet not working. The first was in the bedroom by the bathroom and the other was in the living room by the door. I tried changing the light bulb that Abie provided, but this did not fix the issue. The upstairs level of the house is a separate bedroom and a cute hallway nook for reading (?) but no lights are near the chairs so the reading was not possible. There is a very large TV in the living room but I could not figure out how to make it work. Likely error user on that one. There

Nice place
House was very nice and just as described. However it stated check in time of 12:00 but when we arrived at 1:15 the cleaning crew had just arrived and told us check in time was 3. We had to be elsewhere at 3 which is why I specifically chose this place for its earlier check in time. The place was not very clean piles of crumbs on the floor in the kitchen very dusty floors in the bedrooms but that probably because they rushed so we could get in.

A Nice Place to Stay in Royal Oak
This place is easy to find, has all the amenities of a home. Huge TV if you do sports & movies. 3 separate B/R'S, really nice shower. Area has numerus eating establishments not to far away, that also deliver. Bar & Grill & Pizza within a 5 minute drive. Would not hesitate to book again this fall if our trip heads that way. Many thanks again for a great stay.
