Located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a tree-lined lot, this retreat is the perfect gathering space for your next family getaway. This home is within one and a half miles of Marconi Beach. Other great attractions include the Mass Audubon Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, Wellfleet Cinemas, Marconi, and Wireless Station (a great spot for hiking and beach combing) - all within two miles. If you are willing to travel further, downtown Wellfleet and Harbor are within four miles.

This dog-friendly retreat offers a well-appointed deck with a seating area, a firepit, and a propane grill. Outdoor living is key here! You can gather around the firepit for some storytelling under the starry night sky or host a warm-weather barbecue with your loved ones.

Inside, this darling abode boasts a beautiful living room with high ceilings, impeccable forest views, inviting sofas, and a smart TV with streaming and cable options. Gather around the coffee table in the center or at the dining table to play your favorite board games after enjoying a delicious meal together. Speaking of meals, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all the essentials, so don't hesitate to show off your cooking skills and treat your crew to their favorite recipes!

The first floor of the home features one bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a private lofted family room with a comfortable sofa and a desk in case you need to study or work from home.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is available from December to March only.
Streaming services are available using your own accounts.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
