Clean & well kept raised raised ranch only 1 block from ocean. Electric retractable awning over front deck provides a nice shaded area for sitting outside when sun is overhead. New High Speed Internet plug in and wireless. No cable/ steaming & Firesticks on two TV's .

Short walk to ocean beach or bay . Roof top deck with lounges for private sunbathing.

4 beach badges & chairs provided. Must replace badge if lost or cost to replace will be deducted from security.
